The Science of Dairy

Join us at the La Jolla Riford Library on January 20th for a fun workshop on the science behind dairy!
Discover the chemistry and microbiology of cheese, yogurt, and other dairy products. Learn how to make cheese and remove lactose from milk in this fun, hands-on workshop exploring food technology. Appropriate for ages 10-18. Limit 20 participants.
Science workshops are held every 1st Saturday and 3rd Saturday at 3pm at the La Jolla Library. Please check the La Jolla Library events page to register and for location details.
